Yes, if you are in the New York area and would like to pick up your online order, please get in touch with us immediately after you have placed your order to specify the date and time you would like to pick up your order. Can I curate my selection online and come in person to try it on?

Yes, in order to curate your selection of favorites online, you must first set up an account so you can create your wishlist online.

What is your policy on ethics & sustainability?

Additionally, we strictly adhere to the Kimberly Process [Kimberly Process was established in 2003 by UN General Assembly] to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the mainstream rough diamond. We work with suppliers who offer fair pay, safe working conditions, respect local indigenous people and protect the environment. All Sophonia By Susie pieces are made with conflict-free gold and conflict-free diamonds in our pieces.
